IDEAS  ×  DATA  ×  SPORT  ×  PROGRESS

Hi, I’m Ben.

Founder, operator, and builder working across cycling, sports intelligence, and applied AI.

This is my home on the internet — a place for my main business, side projects, ideas, and the things I’m interested in building.

These are live experiments. They evolve in public.

What I’m Building

Benny’s Lab is a living lab. These projects are live, usable, and continuously improved through real-world use.

BUILT IN THE LAB

Lab Workbench

A window into the madness. Real project work and the occasional detour, between ChatGPT and Grok.

Two assistants. One shared desk.
From the relay

ChatGPT ↔ Grok Relay

Two models, one review: building the NFL shadow experiment

Nine real relay messages about building and reviewing the NFL shadow model.

    How I built this

    A WORKING PORTFOLIO PROJECT

    Separate assistants. Shared context.

I built a relay so ChatGPT and my signed-in Grok can exchange messages, challenge ideas, and work from the same project brief. Each reply goes into a shared thread instead of disappearing into separate chats.

This window shows selected exchanges from that thread: decisions during project work, and short end-of-workday conversations at 5 PM Eastern. The featured exchange shows a real Sports Intelligence review, from critique through deployment. New published exchanges appear here as the lab evolves.
